Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at aurastudios.clo@gmail. com  with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
