Because our pieces are crafted on demand, please allow 2–4 business days for production. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package ships.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is handed over to our delivery partners, we will email and SMS you a tracking number along with a link to monitor your package's journey in real time.

What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

We’ve got your back. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect or mix-up. Our team will review the issue and expedite a brand-new replacement immediately.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every item is made specifically to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for general buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with the incorrect design, we will gladly issue a free replacement.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Since our items are custom-printed just for you, production begins shortly after checkout. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified.
